GUARANTEES

The guarantee is applied as long as the product is used under the normal conditions of operation determined by the Manufacturers, such as those that are described in catalogues, the instructions and the manuals put at the disposal of the user.
According to Law 23/2003, of 10 of July, Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer goods, Natur Line Sex LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY will respond of the lack in accordance with or (the possible failures or defects of origin that could have proportionate products) object of the transaction contract during a period of two years, as of the date of delivery (date of the invoice or ticket of purchase).
However, if the non-conformance is pronounced as of the sixth month from the date of the delivery, the client will have to demonstrate, in the majority of the cases by means of external expert work, that this lacking era of origin, and does not have to the evil use or to the passage of time.

The products are outside guarantee by the following reasons:

• If a failure caused by a component nonprovided by Natur Line Sex takes place LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
• The products nonprovided by Natur Line Sex do not enter guarantee LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY that are added to provided by Natur Line Sex the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

Returns in period of guarantee.

The client has right to the return of the acquired merchandise if:
• The merchandise would be defective: in this respect Natur Line Sex LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY will come to immediately replace the product by another one with identical conditions and benefits.
• Natur Line Sex LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY would be disabled to serve the merchandise by nonimputable causes, or are direct or indirect, to her.
• The given merchandise, and by causes imputable to her, would not correspond with the product asked for by the client.

Commercial guarantees.

To part of the legal guarantee, she will be the own Manufacturer who with its commercial guarantee will respond to the final client of the possible flaws directly that the product lodged. Natur Line Sex LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY will be able, unilaterally and to its single discretion, to accede to facilitate the proceedings towards the Manufacturer.

Return of an article

The articles offered in our stores are guaranteed by important commercial companies. To offer the maximum quality and the best guarantee is our commitment with our clients. If when receives its order is not satisfied, has a term of seven (7) days, to count from the date of reception to execute the return right.

Returns 
 
In case of return, the expenses of shipment will not be reimbursed. Also, the expenses of collection will be on behalf of the client.

In order to realise this return, the product must be in perfect conditions and their original packing. Once received the merchandise in our warehouses, and previous verification of the state of the same, it will be come to the restoration of his amount according to the modality of payment realised by the client.

In any case, the return of defective products will be admitted and erroneous shipments, being Natur Line Sex S.L.quien position will become of the expenses of shipment whenever the client communicates this circumstance within seven (7) days counted from the date of reception of the shipment.

Returns and changes of the product

Our department of attention to the client has an after-sales service, to solve to any problem with our articles or shipments, through what we tried to offer a fast and effective attention to our clients.
If iron gates an order before it has been sent, accepts the return without expenses of no type. If the cancellation took place I spread the order this in transport, the return will be accepted but you will have to assume the expenses of shipment.
If you want to realise a return it verifies first that satisfies all the requirements following, before sending the product to us:

·  It clearly indicates in the outside of the package the number of order and in the case of international shipments, also the number of pursuit of the shipment (tracking to number).
·  In case of international shipments he is preferable that you give back articles by ordinary mail.
·  Any change and return will be due to carry out before 15 days natural since it has received the shipment.
